Address File Audit

Send us the file you already mail to. You get it back standardized to USPS format, deduplicated on the standardized form, geocoded with the placement method named on every row — rooftop where the federal address database covers the state — and enriched with tract, county and median household income, plus a written Address Quality Report you can put in front of a board.

  • Report covers: share of undeliverable and unstandardizable rows, duplicates by cluster, missing ZIP+4, geographic concentration, and the estimated annual cost of the bad rows in returned mail and re-ships.
  • USPS DPV verification (deliverable, CMRA, vacant, business flags) runs on your own USPS license today, or on ours as hosted verification comes online — the report names the source behind every column.
  • Turnaround usually within two business days. Signed, expiring download links; your file is never used for anything else and is deleted after 30 days.

The file you mail to, standardized, deduplicated and placed. Congressional district, state senate district, state house district and the seated representative on every row. In the ten states that redrew Congress for 2026, a second column carries the 2026-cycle district.

  • Report counts rows per congressional district and, in redraw states, how many rows change district between the seated lines and the 2026 lines.
  • Seated-Congress lines from Census TIGER/Line; 2026 lines from each state's own published plan, with the plan's status on the row. Blank where a state did not redraw.
  • Files you already hold. We clean and place lists; we never source, sell or build them.

A quarterly re-clean of the same list with a delta report — what moved, what went vacant, what duplicated since the last run. Built for donor files, member registries and any program that mails on a schedule.

  • Larger lists: $1,997/yr for four runs up to 50,000 rows each. Custom above that.
  • When USPS-verified processing goes live, each run also carries a dated proof-of-processing certificate (60-day validity under the USPS Addresses license), which is the document a mailer produces to claim presort discounts. Verification-only — this is not NCOA / Move Update, and we say so on the certificate.
  • Every Address File Audit closes with the option to lock the year at $997, or run again next quarter for $249.

We wire RevAddress into your stack alongside your engineer — a Salesforce or HubSpot address flow, a webhook path, or a direct API integration — and hand over tests and a runbook.

  • If you already hold your own USPS Addresses license, we connect it to your key as part of the week so validation runs on your license.
  • Scope is agreed in writing before the week starts; anything outside it is quoted separately.

How a job runs

  1. 1You email the file (CSV or Excel) and what it is for. We confirm the fixed price and turnaround by reply.
  2. 2You pay once through Stripe. Nothing is charged before you have the quote.
  3. 3You get the cleaned file, the report, and (when applicable) the certificate through signed, expiring links.

What is verified, and on whose license

Standardization, geocoding, deduplication and Census enrichment run today with no USPS license involved. USPS DPV verification — deliverable, CMRA, vacant, business — runs on your own USPS license now, or on ours as hosted verification comes online; the report labels each column's source. Rates, labels and tracking are USPS Shipping-suite products and are outside these services.
