- Congressional, state senate, and state house district per row. Point-in-polygon assignment against Census TIGER/Line boundaries in tables we host ourselves, run at full boundary fidelity — never a simplified line.
- Representative matched to every congressional row. The district joined to the public congress-legislators roster, so the row names the representative and both senators rather than only the district number.
- 2026 election-cycle lines where states redrew. Ten states enacted new congressional maps for 2026. Files get a second district column for those states — your representative today and your district in November, side by side.
- School districts, county, and census tract per row. Unified, elementary, and secondary school district layers, plus the FIPS codes every other dataset joins on.
- The mapped file plus the concentration report. Rows per district with representatives, county concentration, and which rows could not be placed. Where a state has no such district — DC has no state house — the column says so honestly.
Standardization and enrichment run against the U.S. Census Bureau's national address inventory and ACS 5-year tract data. This describes standardization quality and statistical risk. It is not a postal certification.
With USPS verification
- Carrier route per row. The finest public geography a mail piece can be sorted to, which makes it useful for turf, walk lists, and drop planning.
- Delivery-point confirmation. Whether USPS actually delivers to the address as written, on our own USPS license.
- Delivery-type and vacancy flags. Curbside, cluster box, or central delivery, and whether the address is vacant or seasonal. That is the difference between a door someone answers and a mailbox in a lobby.
These fields come from USPS delivery-point records under RevAddress's own USPS Addresses license. A report you run today carries the Census sections; the same file picks up the USPS sections automatically, without a re-upload.
